Adrian Griffin is a graduate of the Neighborhood Playhouse, where he studied with Sanford Meisner, Bill Alderson, Ron Stetson, and Robert Modica. For the past 25 years he has been a working actor at the Shaw and Stratford Festivals, Neptune Theatre, Sudbury Theatre Centre and many other theatres across Canada. He is also the founding Artistic Director of both On A Wing and Prayer and THE CO. theatre companies.
Adrian has been teaching Meisner’s work for over 10 years and is an experienced audition coach, for roles that range from Shakespeare to contemporary film and television.
Chad Allen has been a working actor in Toronto for the part 12 years. Along with a Bachelor Degree in Theatre from the University of Ottawa, Chad has also Studied at Second City.
For the past few years Chad had studied The Meisner Technique with Adrian Griffin and Jason Fraser here at Fraser Studios. Chad is fortunate to have appear on the Ron James Show, Murdock Mysteries and Damien.
Jason Fraser is a Toronto-based actor, director and instructor with a true passion for the creative process. Jason is also the founder and co-owner of Fraser Studios.
Jason studied the Meisner Technique at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theatre in NYC. Jason worked closely and diligently with his instructors and developed a true love and passion for the raw workshop style technique.
Jason brings a modern energy and edge to what is a very traditional acting technique in his classes. And one that he hopes will live forever. Acting truthfully through imaginary circumstances is the definition of acting, and Jason’s focus is to continue to introduce The Meisner Technique to those who seek true and formidable training.
Born and raised in Guelph, Ontario, Victoria's stage debut as Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz ignited her passion for acting and winged monkeys. Victoria received an honors degree in Theatre Studies from the University of Guelph and currently lives in Toronto. Victoria has completed the Advanced Studio Member Program with Adrian Griffin.
Selected award-winning web, short and feature length film credits include; Asset, Homage, Basted, and White Lock which recently screened at the Court Mètrage at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival. Victoria is delighted to be involved with the wonderful artists at Fraser Studio
Jonathan Higgins continues to be one of Toronto’s most versatile character and leading actors (see IMDb). He holds a B.A. cum laude in English Literature from Middlebury College and received his MFA in Acting from Temple University in Philadelphia where he also taught in the undergraduate acting department.
In 2009 he co-founded Actor's Imagination Studio along with Soulpepper founding member Michael Hanrahan. In addition to its many on-camera and theatrical classes, AIS is also a producing studio. Their first production, EVENING IN SAMARRA: AN APPOINTMENT WITH JOHN O’HARA, written and performed by Jonathan Higgins and directed by Michael Hanrahan, premiered at the Signet Arts and Letters Club at Harvard and was then chosen to be performed at the Elizabethan Club Centenary Celebration at Yale.
